A Familiar Face...

I saw someone on the way back home last Thursday (30/8/2007). The glimpse of a familiar driver and vehicle plate number from my rear-view mirror lead me feeling curious. Since we were both taking the same route, I couldn't help but to keep myself tailing the vehicle after it overtook me and went ahead. Thank God for jam... I managed to squeeze beside the vehicle and very surprising indeed, it was truly her... with the little young boy I used to play with, sitting right beside her at the passenger seat. They didn't see me though.

It's been 3yrs+ since I last saw them. Now, all could tell is that she looks kinda weary, though her motherly appearance is still is as before. As for the little boy, he has now grown into a tall and handsome looking teenager; just like him. I wonder whether the correction to this little boy at one point of time before has been a fruitful one?

At that very moment, the thoughts... the memories... that feeling of missing someone~ Overwhelmed me. It took me some minutes to cool down. And when I finally reached home, I wanted to send an sms saying HI but hesitated and eventually... didn't. Don't know why, but I couldn't stop thinking about that very moment when I saw their vehicle beside mine. Guess I really missed them very much.

Whatever it is, let memories stay as memories and let bygones be bygones. That's all I can say. Just want to wish them all the best. I'll always cherished the moments spent together...

** (Wonder if they'll ever read this post of mine)
